Spooktacular Quests Are Now Live

Last week, the first wave of Spooktacular content arrived in Free Realms. This content featured some Station Cash themed Halloween items. Following the release of this content, Free Realms Producer Clint assured players that there would be two more rounds of Spooktacular content to arrive in Free Realms.

Today's update implemented the annual quest and event activities, including trick or treating, battling the pumpkin king, a vampire vs werewolf dance contest, and other exciting Halloween themed fun. There is also some newly added Station Cash and Coin Shop items for players to purchase and enjoy. Be sure to log in soon and enjoy the Spooktacular fun now available, as it won't be around forever!

Exclusive Walmart Double Your Station Cash Event!

Starting on October 12th at 12:01am PST through October 14th at 11:59pm PST, members who purchase an redeem any SOE Pre-Paid Card at Walmart will receive double the Station Cash.

This offer is exclusive to Walmart locations in the United States, and will not be applied to cards purchased in other countries. It is unknown at this point if Station Cash cards which qualify for the October Exclusive T-shirt will receive double the station cash as well.

As with most retail exclusive station cash promotions, this offer does not apply to Station Cash Cards purchased in other retail locations, SMS, or through online methods (such as directly from SOE.com).

Spooktacular Returns to Free Realms

Free Realms producer, Clint, announced earlier today the first round of Halloweem content has arrived in Free Realms. While the content may appear tobe limited, players were assured that two more batches of Hallloween themed content would be arriving over the next few weeks.

While the quests and major game play content has yet to be added, players will find the first wanewer content to feature new marketplace items for players to purchase. In addition to some old favorite, a brand new Candy Corn pet and pumpkin shaped home we're both teased on the official forums by Clint to be added in the future.

it sounds like Spooktacular is off to a great start, and the annual event will be sure to be one for all players to enjoy.
