After creating the "Make Money Fast in Free Realms" video and spending a lot of time dealing with the settings to make it work, I thought a guide for all of you would be helpful!
Most of the tweaking revolves around Youtube's 1 GB limit for video uploads and optimizing for best quality while sliding in under that limit. With the settings below, you'll be able to take a 4.5 minute video at just under 1 GB.
Click the Settings icon in the upper right and select "Video Capture".

This strategy has been nerfed (removed) by Sony, Brugo no longer drops items!
A couple of days ago, a user from our Free Realms Forum sent me a tip on how to make money in Free Realms. I followed the instructions but found it difficult to follow the written text.
Once I had confirmed that the strategy worked, I decided to make a video guide using the in-game video capture. It turned out great (after about 10 takes)! If you want to make money fast in Free Realms, here's a great way to do it. It only takes two minutes per battle and I have earned up to 1300 coins in one battle!

For those that can't see the video, here is a step-by-step guide on how to make money fast in Free Realms:
- Teleport to Lakeshore
- Turn to face the farm and tree
- Head between the tree and rock (to the left of the farm)
- Jump off the cliff
- Cross the river
- Look for a big troll named Brugo
- Battle him and he will usually drop an item worth 500-1200 coins!

Thanks to WendyNobleCharmer, a member of our Free Realms Forum, for giving us a picture of her Free Starter Card from Best Buy! Best Buy has also teamed up with Sony (in addition to Blockbuster) to offer the Free Realms Starter Cards for FREE! We aren't sure if the other card retailers such as Target, Toys-R-Us, 7 Eleven, etc., are offering the free cards as well.These are the same Starter Cards that we reported on earlier being sold at Target for 99 cents, and available through our new Free Realms Insider contest!
