I don't see how it COULD happen to anybody, since the moment someone reaches 12 points, the game ends . . . and it's not like both players could gain the last point at the exact same moment, since turns are taken.

I think it may be possible by attacking scorer cards like demo demon or offensive driver when both players are at 11 points.

The only scenario I can think of where a tie would occur is due to a bug regarding scoring your creature for your twelfth point, which doesn't get counted until your opponent hunts again.

...unless of course both players agree to a draw.

I would agree with you. the first flip would end the game if it scored.
Score cards would flip second and would not score since the game is already over.

This can happen, and has happened to me. the score was 11 to 11. My turn. I played a card to purposefully lose, as I had a card to score a card if my creature lost. I got my 12th point, and the game did not finish. My opponent then got his turn, and scored a card. 12 to 12 he won I lost. Even he said that was wrong as I should have won for getting to 12 first.

I would assume the card you used was Great Times! I use it in one of my decks and it won't give you the win if you score your 12th point with it. It's a bug that has been around for some time. I never had a 11-11 tie when I used it. It's nice to know that I will lose if I try using in a 11-11 tie like that.

I posted the topic because I think I remember reading somewhere in the rules that ties can happen.
