I need to know if these are vault or not and what their worth.

Yes their the same color when you slide the mouse over the item.

what are they worth & are they vault?

They are from a quest, but I forgot which one.

The white flip flops? I believe they are from a quest in Seaside. I don't know what they're worth though.

I believe you get the red ones from the quest in Seaside, unless both flip flop quests are in Seaside, lol.

I think your right, the white flip flops may be card duelist then? I just know they're from some quest. xD
