Snowhill Secret Society Members?

I'm having a hard time finding the 3rd one....in other posts they say it's Smitty, but I can't find him.

On this map it marks the blacksmith trainer (Smitty).

(Take a left hand turn before you enter the mining cave in snowhill and you should come up to the blacksmith shack)
