I don't understand

Heya so I want to submit something to the Player Studio but I have no idea how to make the template and files! Can someone please help? I send a ticket but I still don't understand :c I love the shirts there and just need some instructions on formatting the submit things. As in how to make a TGA, and etc... (I already made the texture)

Free Realms - Player Studio Get Started Has good tips and examples, It's how I got mine figured out. And I'm pretty slow..yeah, very slow.
