Default the forum is downloading a file?

i was just wondering if anyone else was having the same issue. Since yesterday, everytime i go into a new forum my google chrome will download a file automatically....

    v1 (3). download
    v1 (2). download

I haven't opened any of these files and quickly delete them. Is anyone else having this issue?

    thanks

edit: i was curious and opened one of them....is this an ad problem?

My internet blocks it. But have you tried clicking on that link and seeing what the website is?

Looks like it could be an ad problem. And the link to the page looks like one big stretched out banner advertisement.
The file is a Java Script file and if the ad is using it...it probably got all messed up one way or another or this forum is not allowing it to plant itself on here.
I dunno I'm not downloading the thing either way

I have far greater things to be accomplishing than catering to your insubordination

    Already being discussed here.
Rose has also made it aware to those that can try to fix it.

I've been deleting them so fast I don't notice any abnormalities.)
If you're talking about the v1.download, Rose has already brought it up and it's being looked in to.

If you can, try to pay attention to the advertisements on the page when this file is saved. If there's a specific advertisement that's doing this, it should help Kade and co. to know the source of the trouble. (I may be wrong, though, and Kade may already be progressing rapidly on this.)

If you know where files are saved to by default on your browser/computer, I would suggest keeping that folder open so that when the file is downloaded you can quickly delete it.
Status: Quit FR since I never liked FR at all. Will probably not post anymore.
