it deosent change the entire blade,but it looks like it has changed,

I can't smell or touch anything on FR and I keep my stereos off... What's the fourth one?... Well, that pretty much leaves sight.
But does putting on a Diamond Shard get rid of the blade, like the Star Shot Candle?

depends on the shard, but most weapons for combat jobs dont completely dissapear like star shot candle,sparkler,and opti fiber's.

Yeah, but I think someone said that this particular weapon does lose its blade. And I don't think it depends on the shard, since putting on one effect replaces the other.
