Alright.
I can see the effect being an Icy Oil Diamond Shard, but the blade itself seems to be something completely different. I wonder how it looks when you whack something with a real Icy Diamond Shard on lol?

it looks like a twisted blade or a twisting cobra(lvl 8 )blade,when you swing it it looks like a normal blade,its better than any blade you can get quested,looted (dropped by enemies) and bought from vendors (ive done some researching)
not so sure on sc weapons though, but the boost is pretty sweet

Um, I mean when you have an actual Diamond Shard on. It gets rid of the entire blade, doesn't it? Which means it would look awkward when you smack an enemy.
