I'm not so sure about this, just merely speculating; Sony Music used to be MJ's recording label therefore maybe they have rights to his older albums/song? Hence, the ripped-off songs and dance steps.
Anyways, I'm not a fan of MJ's fashion sense, I personally would like it if they made a Sid Vicious or Rob Halford outfit..
