you mean Island of tears? I can get to it easily with my brother. and i didnt see any npcs

I've been ther 4 time maybe more. there was an insider party there a long time ago. but taht was like at midnight and the servers went down shortly after

there arent any npcs notw on it they took them off because what is the use of a npc when you cant get to it lol and ive been there like 6 times too i stilll know how to get there

I believe it was an Out of Bounds area, so we cannot tell or ask on how to get there.

Hmmmm..........Its out of bounds,so unless your brother is a hacker or is very glitchy(and teleports to the island) your lieing.

Does anyone have a picture of it, (like, before the faces appeared), and also, how did they appear? like on the trees and stuff?
