Quests for pet training? Im lvl 11 and not too sure where I can go, if anywhere.

Have you done any so far? If you followed the quest from the other pet trainers, they should keep sending you around until you get to at least Level 15. Check all the pet rental places and pet parks for people with green "?" bubbles over their heads.

You can borrow pet's for 20 minutes at any Adoption centre. There are adoption centres in every town (Snowhill does not have any pets there though)

I just borrow pets at adoption centers to level up...
