Default What is your video card type?

Hi all, I just replaced my blown out video card. It was about 4 years old, 256 MB eVGA Nvidia Gforce 6600 pcix x16.

    I put in a Gforce 9400 GT pcix x16 at 512 mb.
all I can say is thats the improvement is very nice.
I spent $58.00 at Best buy for the card.

I did a small test video from what I had to what I am running now.
    check it out.

    Old card,

    New card,

So if you can upgrade, do it that game will run and look much better.

I am running a new rig. It has a GeForce GTX 260. Overkill for Free Realms? Yes. But after spending the last couple of years on an old Geforce 2, I feel entitled.

I know how to check. And I know its an Nvidia card but I forgot the specifis. Its fairly good but on some games with really good graphics its annoying.

MSI FX5600 VTDR 128 and I don't think I can replace it. I don't think they make cards for AGI slots anymore. Nor can I upgrade anything else. Intel chip set on the board is the old one and obsolete for new cpu and memory.
    But
I can't give in to temptation and buy anything either. Thats nice and it works.

    They still make AGP cards.

Heres another video of combat with the new card.

I had to have mine replaced last year bc I deal with alot of very large graphics. I got a NVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE at 512mb and so far it's worked really well with games too.
