What to see with Spook Specticles

You get these as a reward for a long Spooktacular quest series. They let you see ghosts

One by the Hive tower games in town wants to play a game (mid level, repeatable)
Another going up and down the main street (and she's fast!) wants you to find hidden ghosts

They are around the base of the great tree and the islands and edges

One is a ghost ninja outside the entrance to Bone Bog Cemetery does nothing that I know of. Was there last year too. Has anyone found a quest that involves him??

where are the spectacles? I can't find them where I found them last year

They are beside the Bone Bag Cementry, if your referring to the quest which you have to find them ...

The ninja ghost outside of Bone Bog is the ghost that frightened Ethan and made him drop the spectacles right there ad run away.

There are spirits in the long quest for the spectacles at each warp stone. (not really a spoiler)
Has anyone found any other ghosts only visible in the spectacles???
