apparently the ninja has learned a few shingo tricks because we were right on his tail before we were kicked from the house.

i have hypercam ready and if that fails i will take a picture. we have pretty good equipment and can catch up with him

Maybe, but I can see how it could be a Ref, since they can equip lots of things, but I wonder if a crazy out-of-whack NPC in a yard of a house could be a glitch.

okay it is an npc because refs cant even go past barriers that easily. because it as said the ninja "jumps over the fence twice"
