I love trying to look wierd in it

Annother way to explain it: click on a flair shard that will appear in all of the jobs,then click on a job, WHILE THE JOB IS SWITCHING, click on the shard you want....

@aparrot it doesnt matter what you do, as long as there is an item in both sections it doesnt matter. but in the chest/pants sections there needs to be at least 2 items.
