I recently bought the Lifetime Membership and was thinking about when I wasn't a member, and how I hated that I couldn't buy blocks unless i had SC. So, for all those who aren't members on FRI, I'll purchase blocks for you and if you pay me the members discounted price, I'll give them to you.
SO, you talk to me, and say you need 20 tiger blue blocks...
I'll buy you 20 Tiger blue blocks...
I'll put them in trade, and you pay me the discounted members price.
Voila, Blocks! Or whatever else you need that you can't buy because you aren't a member.

Yes all Coin Shop blocks are tradeable.
