If you want somebody who got the rocker pants from the TCG Tourney that just went on 2 hours ago. You're out of luck. Any VR you win from TCG is locked, So you cannot trade it. You can only redeem it. Thats it

So you're gonna have to try to get it from somebody who actually got it from a pack.

P.S Rocker Clothes are very hard to get, you can only get them in real life packs
