Im pretty sure Free Realms doesn't have a 'boot' button yet (kick out of your house), which I've heard is on their list of things to add. The best thing I suppose you can do is for you and your friend to block this guy.

Port out then wait a little and then port back in the house, when the kid is no longer there ask your friend to port over quickly, then lock the house. Nobody could get in then.
Why is it when someone posts a question in the "Somebody Help" section; somebody will answer it and then the ten or so subsequent posters will post the exact same thing as the first poster?

Maybe changing a server with your friend would work?

Another thing you could do is lock your house (this is kind of mean) and trap him so he cant come back in case he wants to get out.

LOL, my friend used to do this in SIMs - although it does sound more mean with an actual person.

Wait awhile to for him to leave, then go back in and lock your house. Free Realms doesn't have a booting thing yet

Well you should first of all (report him) first thing you should have thought of but if nothing happens then just maybe leave for a minute or so for him to leave and come back with your friend and lock the house trapping as most people said above is not very nice but i think this is the best solution for your friend and you this has happened to me before!^^
