    Thank you...
    Chapter 6
    Volcano of Dread
    Part 2

    "YAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
I walled jumped up from the dragon's foot up to his knee and dug my blade nto it.
The dragon groaned in pain and stumbled backwards. I hopped from his knee up to his right wing, then his left arm, up to his face.
I smiled as the yellow eyes twirled around in confusion, then spotted me. The beast's fist raised up and aimed for his head.
    I chuckled slightly.
I jumped up skillfully, the dragon punched its own face, then toppled over. I landed on it's chest.
    This was the perfect chance.
Jumping up almost 20 feet in the air, time stopped for a moment, almost as if letting me savor the rich thoughts that zoomed all around my mind. I held my sword directly above the dragon's soft underside, just as time resumed.
    "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!"
    The beast was no more.
I panted softly. Sweat covered my brow. I gingerly lifted up my hand and whipped it away.
Thoughts raged through my head like a roller coaster.
Where's Violet? Did she survive? Did I really kill that dragon?
Letting the thoughts settle quietly in my mind, I Stood up straight and took a nice, deep breath.
There was only one thing left to do. Find Violet.

(I've desided to use write in third person's view. Ok?)

    Chapter 7

    Home, finally.

Panting franticly, Everest plucked a fang from the Beast's mouth and put it in his pocket. He looked over his shoulder at the very edge of the volcano. It was old, crusted, and he wasn't looking forward to climbing down on it. He took a step forward and looked over the edge. Steep, jagged walls make up the side of it. He stooped down and let his fingers wade through the rock, squeezing it to find a secure place to climb down on. He chose the duller area, and threw himself down over the edge. Landing on a small ridge, he slumped down and sighed in relief.
"VIOLET?!" He called out, his voice echoed over the canyon.
"Hello?" He heard. Never so happy to hear it, he spinted over rocks and made his way into a large crack on the bottom of the volcano. Kneeling down, he spotted a small bowl made of thousands of twigs, feathers, webs and knots. Inside, layed a girl. She waved her hands in the air as franticly as possible. Everest smiled and ran towards her.
"I'm starting to think that you're a lot more trouble than you're worth." He laughed.
Violet stood up, and hopped down from the nest.
    "You made that?"
"No. It was there before. I just used it for warmth."
    "But it's a volcano?"
"That doesn't mean everything is molten!"
They both chuckled together, and walked all the way back to Keyblade's hut. He had prepared a big, fat, juicy turkey for all of them as a reward for their victory.
At dinnertime, Keyblade smiled when Everest gave him the Dragon's fang.
"You did it boy, oh, boy! I knew you had it!" He laughed heartily.
"No you didn't! You tried to make ham out of me the day i met you!"
    "But I didn't eat you, did I?"
They all ate, only leaving the back and breast for the next day. Everest sat down on a small, wooden chair. Keyblade layed on the dirtly, olf, worn sofa, while Violet grabbed a stool and sat in between. They ended the day with a conversation which gave smiles to their faces and went to sleep. Today turned out to be a good day for Everest. He killed a dragon and had the fang for proof. He rescued Violet from it.
He only hoped that tomorrow would be slightly easier.
